Very helpful. He didn't not pressure us to buy anyoorticular home. Very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. My wife and I were totally in control of finding our first home. He handled a lot of the heavy work so that we could easily transition into our new home. I've since referred him to many others and they have had the same experience. My sister has also used his services and he helped her with an entirely different loan. So he has experience in multiple fields as well. Will definitely keep referring him to others.

He quickly let me know if there was activity; such as a showing, letting me know the showing feedback, possible offers, etc. When we finally got the offer I accepted he helped me get the buyer up to where we wanted to see it. Their initial offer was way under, but with his help we got them up to an acceptable price and closed the deal.
