John was a phenomenal realtor when my significant other and I were looking to buy a house. He is extremely patient and answers every question no matter how simple it may seem. We worked with John for nearly a year after we moved to Washington and started looking for a house. We started looking in crowded areas thinking we wanted a short commute, and when we decided we wanted something completely different, seclusion without neighbours, John had no problem changing gears to help us find a property we very much enjoy. John is hands down the easiest to work with realtor in the Puget Sound region. Aside from being easy to work with John is extremely knowledgeable and honest with every facet of real estate. John has a plethora of experience outside of being a realtor that he is able to capitalize on as a realtor. He insists on the highest standards for home inspections, appraisals, and closing. In our situation, even the closer was impressed by John's knowledge of documents necessary to complete our deal. Without John and his impeccable ability as a realtor, we would not have been able to close on the property we now love to call home.
