We highly recommend John for selling (or buying) your home! He is very experienced and professional, and really understands the Boise housing market. He led us step-by step through the process, keeping us aware of all of our deliverables and deadlines, and making sure that we were in the right place at the right time. He also attended our closing to make sure that everything went as planned. When we had questions or other inquiries, we could always count on his quick response. He arranged for a professional photographer in order to ensure a quality listing, kept us aware of all showings, and provided status updates on at least a weekly basis (usually more frequently). Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would recommend John to a friend!

I have never worked with a realtor I felt was worth the money they make until John!! He is the consummate professional! Always available and full of so much knowledge. Every other realtor I spoke with told me to list my house in the low $400's and it would get bid up. I didn't think it was right to low ball my home and neither did John. What if it didn't get bid up? John listed it for what it was worth and it sold for $460,000! I couldn't be happier. The CMA he gave me prior to my hiring him was the most comprehensive I had ever seen. He's also an expert at explaining every step of the selling process.
