Complete opposite of typical Realtors...Prior to finding John I was working with another Realtor from a different company. This Realtor was waiting for me to find properties to look at and never treated me like a client. Once I found John I experienced the complete opposite. He immediately contacted me to find out what my needs were. John's personality and drive to find me a new home is what made me excited to use him. He was not pushy and would go around my work schedule in order to view homes. My whole experience buying a new home for my kids and I was a pleasure because of John being on it at all times. In the past, I used another company to sell a house and my Realtor was more concerned about the buyers than me. It was none stop issues all the way to the end of closing. John was aware of those issues and he made sure no issues arose. If there were any issues he must have dealt with them because I experienced none.

He is interested in what you are looking for and he wants you to have it...John was every bit the professional we hoped he would be. What's more, is that he is interested in what you are looking for and he wants you to have it! John's a genuinely friendly guy and his disarming personality makes him easy to talk to. At no point was there ever a question (and we had many), that he didn't have an answer for. If he didn't, he got one and we didn't have to wait long to get it. He also accommodated our schedule to enable us to view homes without the added pressure of needing to complete the viewing in any sort of hurry. We also had a few moments during the process of the purchase when my wife and I had concerns, and John did a fantastic job of explaining what we needed to have explained. When we had questions about our paperwork, he made sure he got what information we needed from our lender, even on busy weekends when we didn't have the time to get it ourselves. He made us feel much more at ease about what was happening. He was also great about initiating contact with us. We never felt like we had to chase him around. There are many instances that we could list where John went beyond the call. That's remarkable nowadays because all too often, we can only hope that simple competence is the acceptable standard of results. He is far more than competent! We would happily say that John is the guy you want in your corner when you enter into looking for a home. He won't let you down. Thanks again for everything, John! We love our new home.

Our other experiences have been that the agents want to get the transaction to go through as quickly as possible without our interests being a priority. I didn't want to experience that again, and we were so happy with how John handled everything and how he treated us. He was detailed and on top of everything the whole time. He was very patient with us and was great about communicating everything that was happening during the transaction. Since we purchased a 1920's cabin on Forest Service land there were some unique things about the process. John went above and beyond - doing lots of research and spending lots of time calling people.
