John Corcoran

John was born and raised in New Jersey and vacationed in Boca Grande at an early age visiting relatives. He always knew that one day he would work and live in this little piece of "Paradise". John worked very hard to get here. He graduated in 1981 from Don Bosco Prep. High School in Ramsey, New Jersey and went on to receive his BBA Degree from Pace University in New York. John grew up working in his family trucking and warehousing business with his brother Brian and father Ray in the North East until they sold it in 1998. This is when the Corcoran family decided to make their dreams come true and move to Florida. He moved to the Cape Haze Peninsula in 1999 looking for a better quality of life and has never looked back with any regrets.
