John was kind, courteous, and patient. He promptly sent new listings as they became available; at times challenging me to think outside my box. He patiently fielded my 'curve balls' when I presented a different direction (from home to land back to home listings). He listened to my concerns and reasons for not selecting a particular home, and even indicated when seeing a home in person was not the one. He was scheduled viewings quickly, was available to answer questions, followed up, and insured that all went well when I finally decided on 'the' house for me. John was a wonderful agent to work with. From the beginning, he was so knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. He had a great idea of what we were looking for and frequently sent houses our way. He was always quick to respond and set up viewings promptly. He was honest in his opinions of houses and would point out defects that we may not have noticed otherwise. Even after the house went under contract, he continued to quickly answer the many questions we had. When we finally made an offer on our house, he was able to negotiate successfully. He even brought a tape measurer to our final walk through after hearing that we were interested in getting more specific dimensions and spent 20 minutes helping me measure! Thank you John!!
