With more than 25 years’ experience in Real Estate, Insurance and Mortgage Banking, I have seen the industry from all sides. I commenced my career as a loan originator in New Jersey in 1975 and progressed into branch, regional, divisional, and national management roles in a major bank holding company over 13 years. After 5 years as Division President of the mortgage banking subsidiary of a major savings & loan my wife and I relocated to Florida in 1992.
I established a real estate brokerage business, Marquis Real Estate LLC, in Boca Raton serving Broward and Palm Beach counties which tapped my experience in finance, real estate and mortgage banking and coordinated the company's affiliated businesses: mortgage, title, insurance, settlement services as well as our core concierge real estate brokerage business.
