Ive had the pleasure of working with John Durso for the last several months. John acted as our realtor and was of great assistance in selling our condo. He was always responsive. He gave meaningful advice that made a real difference. When a few issues come up that I found particularly worrisome, I found discussing these issues with John always left me feeling reassured. John helped us to identify exactly what work needed to be done on the condo to maximize our profits when selling. In the end, we placed our trust entirely with John and followed all of his advice, which included listing the house at a higher price than I predicted we would be able to obtain. Thanks to Johns advice (including excellent pricing of our property), we walked away with substantially more at closing than we otherwise would have- this more than covered the total cost of real estate commission. John has been one hundred percent helpful and accommodating to us. John put us at ease as soon as he walked through the door. John has an extensive knowledge of the community that he lives in and takes great pride in. He is aware of what is desirable to a buyer. He is constructive in suggesting changes and complimentary to the efforts we put into our home. He is very accommodating with requests, getting us help, and responding to our calls and e-mails in a very timely manner. John uses his Chelsea Cove homeowner status as a benefit to us. He let a workman in for us, checked our appliances, and turned up our heat on those colder days that have snuck up on us. He has kept us updated on our townhouse on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. I have called him more than once on the weekends and heard a cheery and helpful voice on the other end of the phone answer my questions. I highly recommend John as a realtor for Chelsea Cove. If we had property elsewhere, John would be our first choice, also. His knowledge of real estate in general and his pleasant can-do attitude make us happy to have him as our realtor.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work and dedication in helping us with the purchase of our home.
