My wife and I were moving from NJ to PA due to a job change. I was working with another realtor firm to help ease the transition. He is objective, calm and low pressure with you as his client, and candidly I'm not the easiest guy to deal with at times! Despite his even approach, he is methodical and effective when it comes to negotiations to close in our a purchase and will relay information as well as provide insight as to what the information is overtly and subtly communicating. I am completely independent of him, and I met him as he hustled to meet us after we filled out a form one morning. We were looking for an agent to assist us that very day. I contacted John from my Ft. Lauderdale home about moving to the Main Line. John had the best website by far; that's how I contacted him, and I've always been glad I did. John showed us lots of houses, and he made the process of looking efficient and fun. He always prepared well, knew all about the homes he showed us, and advised us honestly. When we finally settled on a house in the Beaupre section of Radnor Township, John helped us make the decision to buy. So there was no hesitation about whom to retain to sell that Beaupre home six years later. I asked John to help once again. This time, John represented us on the selling side; he recommended a stager who helped de-clutter our house and made it look like I always knew it could. The result? The house sold at full asking price on the fifth showing. So there's all that, in addition to the fact that John is a great person, has a vast font of Main Line knowledge, and is just an easy person to hang out with.
