John is, by far, the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We used him for the first time when we purchased our home in 2013 and then used him again on the sale of the same home in 2019. We know all about realtors since our IL house took almost 5 years to sell after working with 4 realtors. I wish John could have sold our house in IL! When we purchased our home in 2013, it was a hot market and we were very particular as to the features we wanted in our house. John was extremely patient with us, especially after looking at almost 100 houses. John is the ultimate professional and he holds the customer relationship in high regard. He is trustworthy, loyal and is of the highest character. He does a great job in accessing the market and determining the optimal strategy both if you are selling or buying a home. His financial background is also a big plus. He's a great negotiator and adapts his style depending on the circumstances. His communication skills are also great. He is very timely in responding to calls, texts and emails and always available to talk no matter how busy he is. There is not a harder working, better realtor in the market than John. We met John Foster about 9 years ago at an open house. He made such a positive first impression on us, we never forgot him and always considered him our go-to guy if we ever moved. John just helped us buy a new home and sell our current home. Both transactions turned out to be high stress, multiple offer situations. John is unflappable, has a calm demeanor, but is a firm negotiator that will go the extra mile for his clients. I am an executive of another real estate company in Atlanta, but when one of our agents couldnt do the job after a year of trying, I turned to John. With John, our home went under contract in 17 days and sold for 98.2% of the asking price this was very close to what my wife and I had expected and right where Johns statistics suggested it would be when we listed the home with him. Again, our home had been listed unsuccessfully with another agent for one year before that and, in desperation, we went to John.
