This is the second transaction we've done with Gluch Group and they're second to none. Proactive and intent listeners makes their customer service a premium. Their knowledge in the market was stellar and they put us in the best position first as a buyer, and then as a seller. They have great respect by their colleagues which makes them shine above anyone in negotiations and in advocating in our best interest. They have continually gone the extra mile in preparing us with spot-on expectations and in marketing our property above any others in our market. Hangs down the BEST real estate experience we have ever imagined. On a scale of 1 to 10, they're a 15!

I cannot thank Jeremy Lentine and the Gluch Group enough for what they have done for our family. From the very beginning Jeremy was patient, extremely knowledgeable and helped to calm the nerves we had for not only selling our home but buying one as well! The Gluch Group is such an awesome team to work with! This is the second time that I have used this team to help me buy/sell a house. The great part about working with the Gluch group is that there is an entire team of people to help you through the transaction which makes things happen very quickly and they are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Jeremy and the team coached me through the negotiation and selling process which helped take a lot of stress off my shoulders while I was going through the process. Even though the Gluch group is based out of Scottsdale, they had no issues working with me to sell my home in east Mesa, which was great! Garett helped us find a house when moving from out of state to the Phoenix area. He is very knowledgeable about the area and clearly has a ton of experience buying/selling houses in this market. He was very available to answer our questions, which often came at odd hours -- sorry Garett! We would undoubtedly look to Garett for help in the future if we ever decide to move again. Additionally, the broader Gluch Group team really helped with the overall process. There's so much to do it can be overwhelming, but they walked us through all aspects -- referring us to their partners as needed, like financing and insurance -- and made it less painful. The Gluch Group is a phenomenal collection of people willing to go above and beyond. I attempted selling my home with several realtors with no success. Finally, after much research, I found the Gluch Group. From day one, they are nothing but professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive. They did the impossible by selling my condo. One problem after another occurred that was out of our control, but they took it in strides and found a way to overcome every obstacle. I'd say the most impressive and important thing about this team is each individual on the team has a specialized role. That means that one realtor isn't attempting to fill the role of several other specialties. Each person is phenomenal at what they do, and you can tell they are masters in their trade. They have a personal touch too that, silly as it may sound, got me through some of the rougher aspects of home selling. An example of this is when my roof in my bedroom leaked - they sent me a box of gourmet cookies - or when I pulled an all-nighter to move and prepare my home due to a fast home-closing they sent me some cans of Red Bull. It's the little things like this that in all reality shouldn't matter, but it definitely does. I guess what I'm trying to say is - they got everything right. From the big picture to the small details, they performed flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better group watching my back during the process. Also - I'm not getting paid to write this review - and noone in this group is a family member or friend - I just really think they deserve some recognition for everything they accomplished in my case.

Multiple offers that exceeded our listing price and my expectations.You don't just get to a multiple offer situation like this though without the support and preparation from other Gluch Group individuals.Cori was exceptional in helping us to stage our home. Her keen eye for the details, sense of space and awareness of buyer sensibilities goes a long way in making sure your home is prepped for success. Not too mention, she's extremely thoughtful and recalled a discussion we had about some of the prints I had hanging. So, she made sure that Gluch Group was involved in acquiring two more for my new house from Etsy.With the majority of home buyers beginning their search online, it's imperative to have good photos, and boy did we get them. Herman did a tremendous job in capturing our home from a variety of angles that represented it well from the first to last photo. The real kicker was the video, which perfectly captured the flow of the home and made it easy for potential buyers to get a sense of the space.Last, but certainly not least, is the common thread throughout all of my experiences at Gluch Group with Stephanie who handles the coordination of all transactions, buying and selling. Her official title is "Transaction Coordinator"; however, in my mind she is the "Seamless Execution Engineer" in the sense that she keeps the train moving down the tracks, communicative about any "obstructions" and always on schedule.
