Licensed in Real Estate since 1984, first starting off in business through mortgage and finacing then eventually ending up in Real Estate where I've been ever since. Started my own Real Estate Co. i.e. Goad Real Estate Co. in 1987 where I've Sold some of the Biggest Commercial and Residential Properties in Mount Vernon, New York.
In 2000-2001 I studied Real Estate Sales & Negotiation at New York University and recieved accreditations and certificates for The C.C.I.M. Course.
In 2017 I was the Only Real Estate Broker to make Loopnet/CoStar's Power Broker Award, which was the first time a Mount Vernon Based Real Estate Broker Made The List.
