John was recommended to us by close friends. When I thought home buying was not an option for me, Johnmade it possible! He was patient, kind and professional. He helped me w/ the financial aspect and the realtoraspect of purchasing my first place. He is very attentive on texting/phoning back right away and was able toanswer all of my questions. I had used a previous realtor and financial service for several months prior, whichleft me frustrated and completely deflated, throughout the process. Any obstacle that came up, John wasquick to identify and fix it and/or offer me advice. The whole process moved rather quickly (right around 3weeks); however, he guided me throughout the process and was able to close before the end of the year. HE DID IT!!We were turned down by other lenders for a VA loan and lost hope. I saw John commenting on Facebook so on a whim I messaged him, and a few months later, we closed on our house! He was responsive, knowledgeable and always answered my questions/explained things to me.

I trusted John to get it done and not only did he get it done but he got it done in less then 30 days with a 3.99 fixed rate with no down payment. After receiving a notice we had 60 days to get out, the company was selling all their properties, panic mode set in. How were we gonna find a place and how would we pack a family of 6 in 60 days?? We always said we wished we could buy the house we rented and actually inquired about doingso last year but were told they weren't interested in selling.
