DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS AGENCY or landlord! They never gave me a checkout list and the landlord never specified what I needed to clean or clean so I shampooed the carpets, when the lease said I didn't have to, and they still charged me. They sent a single letter saying they are keeping my entire deposit with no receipts or pictures. I then asked for them repeatedly and they STILL FAILED to provide them. They charged me for things that the new tenants said were wrong and also put a price tag on the "smell" that my dog left in the house. They showed the place for months and never said once that it smelled. I thoroughly cleaned the entire house and they still said I didn't clean. They also charged me for my dogs urine in the yard but never once said that I need to put down seed or anything. It would have cost me more time and money to take this matter to court than my actual deposit was. I also have friends who rent/rented from him and he did the same to them. I was able to get some of my deposit back after a long drawn out set of emails. The owner never once talked to me himself or provided proof of his accusations or receipts of the charges. Any type of living arrangement would be better than renting from this landlord!
