  • John listed, but didn't sell, my home

      John was very knowledgeable, and worked hard to sell my home. Unfortunately, we parted ways after approximately a 7 month period, where my house would not sell. The reason for the house not selling may have been that the sale price may have been to high. I ended up selling through another realtor, lowered the price, and ended up losing thousands of dollars, due to the homes dropping in value in my subdivision. However, I would give John 4/5 stars, as he attempted to sell my house, with no success.
