Listen. I can be a diva. I want what I want. I like what I like. I am all things extra, so I knew I needed someone who could deal with me and my high expectations, but more importantly, I knew I needed someone who valued my time and could just get the job done. Make it happen! I sensed the moment we met that John was that person. I found him through another listing within my community. Of all the realtors who were listing properties for sale in my community, John's listing was, BY FAR, the most professional. From his description of the property to the vivid, 4K high-definition professional photographs he used to market the property. Everything about the listing screamed this listing agent did whatever he could to get a property sold. So, I went over to the property during an Open House, so I could interview him and he could interview me, because guess what? I don't just get to choose him, he also gets to choose whether or not he wants to work with me. After a very long discussion - John and I are chatterboxes - we decided to move forward. Just a few days prior to meeting John, I was in the process of renting my house out again and I just happened to check the market to see what similar homes were selling for. When I noticed prices were much higher than they were the last time I checked, I decided to seize the moment and see if I could cash out quick before the market turned. Being the diva I am, I had high expectations for my property given its location and condition and I only gave John 45 days to sell it. If it didn't sell, I said, I would put it back up for rent. The pressure was on! But John didn't falter. He did have some initial concerns, wanting to make sure I would be reasonable and consider legitimate offers and not just reject everything that wasn't 100% what I wanted. At a few junctures along the way, I got frustrated. I called John to express said frustration, we talked it out. Some times things were in my head and other times I had real, valid concerns. Regardless of which, John took them into consideration and acted upon them immediately, which I liked. For example: I thought the property could use more Open Houses. I explained my reasoning. The next day John was at the property with balloons and bottles of water ready to show the house. He went all out, to include planning a lemonade stand. Good thing, too. That's the day the buyer who would eventually buy the house arrived and soon made an offer I would accept. John and I made a good team, but it took communication on both ends. I know I drove John crazy, but he handled me with ease, grace and professionalism. Another thing I liked about John was his response time. He responded to buyer's realtors within a 15 minute window and because he did such an awesome job marketing the property, there as a lot of interest! Everyday just about there was someone viewing the property. Just as important, he responded to all my texts and messages (sent before midnight) within a 5 minute window. He was always ON, ready to work. John is very hard working. I would recommend him 1,000 times over. I honestly can't see myself working with any other realtor besides him. That's if he'll have me again.

John is an inspiring, service-oriented leader that takes a genuine interest in the needs of others. As a colleague, John encouraged me to think outside the box of rigid thinking in order to grow our organization through a grass roots approach consisting of fostering the ideas of individuals.

I met John when he was Owner/Operator of Anytime Fitness in Dulles, VA. I had not been to a gym in over 5 years. He made me feel welcome right off the bat and encouraged me to stretch myself and try things I never have in the past. He is an expert in fitness and goes beyond that as well. He is a very caring individual. When I was going through my divorce last year, he reached out to myself and my ex. That is something not seen or done these days. He is a remarkable individual. Very professional, knows his subject matter and is a great marketer as well.I can't recommend John highly enough. He is very knowledgeable and continues to educate himself in whatever area he is working. Fantastic individual and I am honored to know him.
