My experience was great working with Karl and John. I first worked with them when I did not have an agent and ran across a property they were listing, which we ended up purchasing. As a part of that purchase we decided to list our existing house with them and were impressed with how much time and effort they put forth into getting your house ready and at its best to be on the market.

We are really happy that we met John and worked with him to buy our first home. The Kritsonis & Lindor team were incredible and a joy to work with. They took us through all the steps to get our home ready without over doing it. We fixed it up a bit, they staged it, and we had multiple offers in two days. My only regret is that they sold it so fast that we never had time nor need for the fancy glossy brochure. I guess that's what you would call a first world problem. Overall fantastic experience.
