- John never responded to my request
I will not recommend John Lepore and I will not recommend Berkshire Hathaway. I have nothing good to say about this company or John. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. Berkshire Hathaway is deplorable and unprofessional. I never once spoke to John, not through e-mail, not by phone, not by letter. I was never notified by Berkshire Hathaway that my file was being transitioned to another agent. I am dumbfounded that this company can send out a customer satisfaction survey and expect a 5-star rating. Quite honestly, the 1-star rating is being generous. I would give it zero stars if I could. It is proof that this company is all about greed, not customer satisfaction. My file was transferred over to John when Lisa Fagan transitioned to another company. During this time John never once reached out to me, not once. The first communication I had with your agency after Lisa’s departure was less than 24 hours from our actual closing and it was not even John who made the phone call. During this phone call, which was brief, and only to confirm the final walk-through time for the buyer, it was stated “we don’t want to make it seem like you were abandoned.” To the contrary that is all I felt, because of the reasons listed prior. I was never provided time to express my concerns. Again, a failure at custom satisfaction. I paid for something nowhere near the level of service for the “#1 Real Estate Company in New England.”
