John Logan is one of the finest realtors in the business. My wife and I were very cautious buying our home due to experiences my family has had with Realtors not being completely up front with them and displaying questionable character. I can tell you first hand however that John is not that way. In fact he is one of the most up front guys I know. John gave us indispensable assistance long distance while looking for homes. He would continually check in with us to make sure we had seen the most recent listings as the market moves along rapidly in Maryland. John not only displayed a professional character during the entire process, but was willing to take time out of his busy schedule to aid in minor home repairs and upgrades that were necessary. John deals with you on a personal bases that is almost impossible to find these days. He was there by our sides every step of the way. John is outstanding at what he does. Worked with me from sun up to sun down. He took into consideration what I wanted in a home from day 1 & didn't stop until I was satisfied. He took the time to learn my facial expressions and what they meant. He was able to tell if I liked a house from the moment we pulled up to the outside or opened the door. He definitely went above and beyond for me as a client. Ooh-Rah. We developed a bond which stemmed from us being in the Marine Corps (even though we never met before).
