John Louallen recently worked with me in the listing and selling of an estate property of which I was executor. He was always willing and available to help me in every situation that arose, and with this being an estate sale, we had a few hurdles to cross. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for help with the buying/selling of a property. He's the best!

John is an amazing agent. When buying our new home, he was extremely responsive, intent on making the process as easy and convenient for us as possible by bringing papers by our home to be signed or by meeting us at a mutually convenient place. He was always on time and made himself available when we needed advice or wanted to see more property. After closing he helped us arrange help to do final cleaning and clearing of our condo. My wife and I have sold numerous properties in our lifetime and dealt with many realtors. I can honestly say John was absolutely terrific in all aspects. First off, he kept us well informed on each phase of the home buying process and we never had to prompt him for updates. Second, he got us 10K over asking price within 11 hours of our property listing, which was unbelievable! However, John's marketing strategy complete with professional pictures and staging suggestions really showcased our home and brought out the key selling points. Third, John did a great job with just handling all aspects of the real estate process from inspections to appraisals to negotiations and calming disagreements with other parties. Matter in fact, John represented us in both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home, which really took a lot of stress off of us. Lastly, John's customer service is second to none as he showed up on the day of our move and actually helped us finish moving after running out of room on the moving truck. That's right, he showed up when it mattered and actually stayed behind with the buyers to make sure the final inspection went well! Additionally, John later made it to our closing with sweat marks on his dress shirt and a gift basket for us. I mean, that deserves a medal to say the least and we could not have asked for a better person or realtor to be by our side. Highly Recommend!!!

He was great! Did everything I asked and answered questions I had. Very nice and understanding!! He looked out for me and stayed on-top of things to make sure they got done in the time they needed to be. All around he was just great!!

John made every aspect of our home buying experience in Tennessee better. We moved from Nevada and John helped us every step of the way. John recently helped sell my home in Nashville and buy another outside the Nashville market. Buying and selling is rarely a smooth process, and this was no exception; however, John was there to assist at every hurdle. He returns texts/calls no matter if it's good news or bad.

John did a great job helping us find a home in TN when we were still in CA. He went and looked at homes, sending us videos. He is honest and ethical. We have been looking for a spot to build our home outside of Nashville for almost a year. Entered into a contract with another realtor that turned out to be, shall I say suspect. A mutual friend suggested we contact John and it was the best thing we did. John showed us a new development that we loved and we closed a week ago. John also introduced us to a local builder, took the time to drive by several of his projects and, with his contacts, has offered to help with permits, tradesman, and anything else we may need as we bring the build process.
