- John never responded to my request
Mr. Mitchell made a mistake in a listing that wasn't a minor deal. Saying a house has a garbage disposal when it doesn't isn't a big deal or that it is has ceiling fans but doesn't isn't a big deal. However, when you say a house has A/C and it doesn't that IS a big deal. I would have never even looked at the house if it had been listed correctly. Therefore, would never have paid for an inspection. Mr. Mitchell's attitude about the mistake was very disappointing. I am NOT made of money and feel he should have offered to reimburse me for the cost of the inspection. Instead, he blew it off like it was no big deal. VERY SAD. My suggestion to anyone is to check his listing VERY carefully. His mistake cost me.
