With a background in construction and renovation, John is full of knowledge and have skills/an eye for home buying most typical realtors miss. He also worked closely with my lender to ensure all paperwork and schedules were met and we closed on the home with a breeze. As a first time home buyer, I relied on Johns expertise and experience to assist with finding the right home and negotiating a fair purchase price. John was great. Took care of everything. Was always available. Could not have done it without him. Had several problems with the property. John knew the persons to take care of it all!

John P. went above and beyond the call of duty during my rental house sales process. I live out of state, and he was willing to perform many duties that typically dont fall on the shoulders of a realtor (e.g. meeting with current tenant to answer any questions, helping her locate another quality place to live, assisting me with lining up home repairs after prospective buyer home inspection was completed). Although my house sale was a bit challenging, he always had a cheerful and uplifting tone in his voice.
