John Pappadis

We worked with John Pappadis and feel he was truly a blessing to us. He knew the area and saved us a lot of time in showing homes with features we had wanted. He never gave up even though we had to sell a home out of state. He put together a great offer for us and worked to push it through. I highly recommend John and would definitely use him again.

I was recommended to John and Anthony, by a friend who lived in Orlando, and I was amazed by the level of service they have provided. They represent the future of real estate purchasing and selling. I specifically was working with John, as he is the one who works with customers who are looking to sell. When I met with him, I could not have imagined the concierge level of service I was afforded. I live in South Florida, and thought it was going to be a nightmare trying to get things handled. In the end, HE HANDLED EVERYTHING! Aside from the few documents I did have to send, he took charge of every detail along the way. From helping me get the property cleaned, shown, and even having a company come out and fix the A/C when it went down. He made every thing worry free. He knew the area very well and knew the price to list it. You can only imagine my disbelief when I was offered within $2000 of my asking price, and an offer being sent over within 4 hours of being on the market. He set up teasers for the house, on all of the social media platforms, days before the house going on the market. I can only assume this helped because of the speed in which it was sold. I know youre probably thinking this is way too long of a review to read, but I promise its a good one!! In case you dont read until the end...John is the best realtor you could ask for and I highly recommend him! So, I am one of those crazy home buyers who keeps a spreadsheet of pros and cons while viewing house listings. I owned a home before and thought I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want. Well, the house I bought didnt even make my list, but it made Johns! After seeing 5 houses on Saturday and 6 houses Sunday, John asked if I was up for one more house and warned me it wasnt one on my list. I said yes and so thankful I did! I fell in love with the house the second I walked in and saw the exact wood floor color I like, the open floor plan, the gorgeous kitchen, and other features I didnt even have on my must have list. John took time to learn what I wanted as a buyer, used his expertise in the field, and he built trust with me during the home shopping experience. I got the house! John had great connections and got me through the tedious process of buying a home. Ironically it doesnt stop there. A little over a year of owning the home, John sent me a text that the market is a sellers market and I could make $$$ it I sold my home. I laughed at first thinking no way! I love this home. I joked with him and said I wouldnt sell my home unless I found a beautiful lake front home. Guess what? He casually sent me a few links to lake homes. I ended up finding a dream home and made the crazy decision to list my home I loved! John hired the most amazing photographer who made a professional video of my home and took pictures that exceeded my expectations! My home sold to the very first person to look at my home. Now...I live in an even better home and was able to use the profit I made from my home sale to pay for over half of my grad school loans. John is truly amazing! He gets things done while keeping things very upfront and real with you in the process. I highly recommend John!!!
