John Parris

I had the misfortune of signing a listing contract with this guy (Reality City). He promised us we could cancel at any time. After three failed sales contracts, he refused to cancel, and would not remove the listing from the MLS. We signed in June and the contract expires on November 5, 2019. We haven't been able to sell our house until it expires, thanks to John Parris. On several occasions I asked him who he was representing, the Buyer or us? HE ONLY WANTED TO CLOSE, NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY I LOST! He couldn't negotiate a damn thing. WARNING THIS GUY IS TROUBLE!

We began with a simple inquiry about an improvement to get more at sale. After a visit we discussed what our timeframe was and what we wanted to get for our home. He agreed that we could get our asking price +/- $5,000 and we listed it a few weeks after his visit. Following his advice and doing research as to how best display our home we had 3 showing in the first day on the market. We had an asking price offer within 24 hours and actually got $3,000 above asking price! Once we got started with the buyer and some simple negotiations out of the way it was a very easy process. We didn't hear much during the process except when things needed attention. John and Rob were a text, email or phone call away. Very easy to reach out to, responded quickly and even helped get the documents we needed for the lender of our next home purchase. Overall the sale process through John, Rob and Reality City has been very stress-free, quick and much easier than when we purchased this home!
