Without John, I doubt the purchase of our new home would have happened. My husband accepted a job offer for a company located in Tennessee while we were living in South Carolina. Unfortunately it just happened to be during a nearly impossible buyer's market with record low inventory. The houses listed went within hours of being active on MLS. It was a nightmarish situation and beyond stressful. Johns competency, knowledge perseverance and industrious demeanor were what got us through the process in record time. For once, I truly wish there was a 6th star! John did a phenomenal job in every way possible. To start with, he has a great personality and is not only easy to talk to, but very knowledgeable. John was able to listen to what we wanted and asked probing questions to ensure he knew what was important to us. He was with us every step of the way, often times providing us answers before we even knew to ask the question. He left no question unanswered and ensured we not only got the answer but understood it. As we were moving here from another state, John went out of his way to be our eyes and ears here in TN.
