I am a Lakeland native of 50 years, a Military Veteran and a former law enforcement officer. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2000 and am in my 23rd year as a licensed agent in the Central Florida area. I have a very straight forward approach when it comes to dealing with sellers and buyers of real estate. I believe in doing what is right/fair and never let my commission influence the decision. Iuse all the high tech programs/systems available that allow me to maximize my ability to assist a seller or buyer but I do not let that technology replace the personal service that each customer deserves. Most of my business comes from referrals from my many past satisfied customers and I believe that is the sole reason for my continued growth and success in the realestate market even now when most say the market is bad I am continuing to grow my business.
