I hired John Pruski in 2004 to obtain a tenant for my loft condominium in Adams Morgan in Washington, DC. John was unfailingly resourceful in finding just the right tenant for my unit. Two years later, I tapped John to find another tenant when my tenant was transferred to Europe. John found just the right tenant at just the right rental amount. Two years later, I again tapped John to find another tenant when my tenant was transferred to Boston. Once again, the process was quick and successful. Fast forward to this year. John worked with me to sell my unit. He was exceptionally wise in advising me on ways to maximize the sale price, soothed my feathers when necessary, conducted amazingly workable solutions for both me and the buyer, and coached and counseled me in a timely, responsive and ultimately beneficial way. It was a pleasure working with John and Cathie Gill Realtors. I highly recommend him and the company.
