All my listings are charged 4% of the purchase price or adjusted to 21/2% if I find a buyer before another agent. Regardless, I still offer the following: list on the MLS, internet exposure, professional pictures of the home, and without any transaction fees. My buyers also receive additional financial help depending on their individual needs. Regardless if you are a buyer or seller, I will save you money at the closing table.
