"My husband and I where going through a difficult time, paying thousands of dollars for lawyers and court fees to keep us out of foreclosure. When explaining our situation to John he immediately took the responsibility to help by preparing for a short sale. John saved us from long term damage to our credit and additional lawyer fees. Could not believe within 30 days we closed on the short sale. Thanks to John Stanley we are moving on. What a relief. Thanks again John helping us through this nightmare.
