John was attentive to the times and made sure all of the documentation that was needed was available and complete. When things became stagnant, John persistently made daily calls, and emails and pressed hard to stay informed, and motivate movement on the other side. He was our advocate through the toughest moments; by getting tougher and holding fast. He is the prime example of what an agent/broker should be. Reliable, trustworthy and an absolute master at his craft he is truly a pleasure to work with, and has spoiled us so much. We wish we could take him with us. It was about us, not just the house.
