I have purchased two properties at 7 Springs Mountain Resort and with each transaction, very impressed with the professionalism and expertise that John Tierney brings to the process. He has extensive knowledge of the area and real estate market and also provides valuable building and construction knowledge. With his engineering background and previous experience as a developer, he provides an additional dimension to each real estate transaction. He is pleasing to work with and always available to answer questions and provides follow up in a timely manner. He is my go to guy for all my real estate transactions up on the mountain and I would highly recommend him for either the purchase or selling of your real estate property.

We visited 7Springs realty with the intent to purchase a condo. John greeted us and very professionally walked us through the inventory, buying environment, etc. We set up a date to spend an entire day viewing properties. We were very particular about what we wanted and John picked that up quickly.Spent a very exhausting day viewing properties and with John's help we came to an agreement.Very enjoyable experience on a process that difficult and haeavily laden with regulation.

First contact was via phone and was professional and he actually was interested in talkng about my needs in a second home. He met with my family and I and was prepared to and showed us many homes that we might have liked. Went over and above in finding us a property. He negotiated for us a beautiful home which we love. He was involved and cared about our interest and needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the area. I really liked that I received immediate responses every time I contacted him or had a question.

John was a tremendous pleasure to work with. John was able to help me find a property that met my specific needs, and understood how the land would translate to a view in a way that none of the other listing agents could. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking in the area.

When I first met John, I really didn't know what I wanted in a place at 7 Springs. He was very patient with me and quickly helped me 'figure out' what was important to me (a must have in a purchase) versus a nice to have. At the end of the day, he found me the perfect place. He was very down to earth with me and I never felt any pressure to make decisions that I wasn't yet ready to make.

John was very helpful with listing the condo, suggesting changes that would improve the ability to show the unit. He was always quick to keep us updated when there was a showing, as well as the results of the showing and any comments from the buyer in case we wanted to make any changes to the unit. During the closing, John made frequent trips to us to transfer documents and collect signatures (7 sellers for one property). His patience prevented tempers from flaringredients and kept the process moving smoothly.

John stepped in to show us Seven Springs properties in November 2016 due to an unfortunate illness with our original Highlands Resort Realty agent. The transition to John was smooth and the agents seemed to get along very well. If you are looking for a Seven Springs resort property, I highly recommend using Highlands' agents. John is knoweldgeable of the Seven Springs property market and trends. John gained understanding of the type of property we wanted and used his knowledge of the market to help us identify properties with a buyer's market. John's approach is direct and he is clear that he will do whatever you want. He guided us but never told us what to do or tried to convince us to make a particular choice. We had unusual title/deed issues in the property we purchased. John was honest with us about his knowledge of these issues and made suggestions to make the process relatively smooth. John represented both buyer and seller, which proved to be an advantge. John did not always respond to us immediately, but it was clear he worked late at night or early morning to respond to us. He always made himself available to speak within a reasonable time period after we contacted him. He worked hard on the seller's side to ensure the sale closed in a timely manner in January 2017. John is honest, trustworthy and hardworking. You will have no regrets that you are getting exactly what you want when you work with John.

For those considering a purchase of property within the resorts of Seven Springs, Hidden Valley or the surrounding area, I would strongly recommend working with John. He has proven to be very knowledgeable with regard to any real estate option that one might consider from a building site off the resort to a $2,000,000 estates and everything in between. Our family has worked with John on a number of different opportunities and have been very happy with the results each time. Our house was not an easy sell, yet he found new and imaginative ways to market it. He always kept me updated on any progress and made good suggestions without me feeling pressured.
