Prior to choosing him, we interviewed several agents. Once we made our decision, he quickly and appropriately provided his recommendations on preparing the house for putting it on the market and the listing price to ensure the largest pool of potential buyers. John walked us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions. He was available when needed and was quick to respond whenever we contacted him. Once we had an offer, he continued to guide us, including being with us at our closing. We are extremely satisfied that we chose John. We have recommended him to our friends and plan to use him again in the future.
