John Velez

Did very best to understand and meet our needs. Went to numerous homes with us to get a feel for our desires and needs. Knew to include taxes in cost of home.

ohn Velez listed the property, had shown it several times, negotiatedwith the tenants for specific times and dates for it to be shown, was with me every step of the way through all the various aspectsof the sale, and was extremely helpful. I very much appreciatedhis services.

John and John did a terrific job on a very difficult sale as it involved a 105 year old family farm with all the accumulation of stuff and junk imaginable. Further a rent-back on a portion was negotiated. Their knowledge of the process and ability to always work with a positive attitude and demeanor is just outstanding. This is the third property I have worked with them on and will certainly recommend them to anyone.

John and John are so friendly and helpful. Their assistant, David, was also very helpful in the process. They made buying my home a breeze! They were all very knowledgeable and flexible.
