I am John Zimmers, CPM®, ABR® and SFR®. I am one of few brokers with a twenty year plus career in Asset/Property Management serving some of the City’s premier Real Estate Investment families. This gives me unique insight to the entire development of the City. By serving these families, I gained tremendous knowledge through their experiences as they invested and developed the City of Chicago for over a century.
