Johnna Little

I don't even know where to begin! As we set out on our adventure to relocate we had many decisions to make. The first and most important one was choosing a realtor/agent to help us in this process. There are many agents out there and we even had several approach us wanting to represent us. We trusted a friend who recommended Johnna, and it was the BEST decision!!! She is amazing!!!From the first day we met Johnna, my husband and I both knew that we could count on her every step of the way. Johnna treated us with respect, as well as giving us much needed advice. Because it had been over 20 years since we had purchased our last home, we felt somewhat like first time homebuyers! We also appreciate all of the time Johnna spent answering our thousands of questions, and keeping us up to the minute on all of the details. She exhibited care and concern about our new home as if it were her own.There simply aren't enough words to express our deepest gratitude to Johnna and her team for all she has done for us. Now, the fun begins to sell our old house, but we are confident it will be a smooth process with Johnna by our side.

I don't think my husband and I could ever have managed buying and selling a home without Johnna. We knew going in that real estate deals could be tricky, but never imagined we would encounter so many roadblocks and complications that were beyond our control. Johnna, though, managed to expertly navigate everything thrown our way. She remained calm and professional, even when those she was dealing with were anything but. She stayed in constant communication with us (for months!), working relentlessly, and fiercely, as our advocate. She went far above and beyond what was expected of her. This clearly isn't just a job for her - it is a passion and way of life. She treated us like family, and while we don't plan to move anytime soon (seeing as she found us the perfect house!), whenever we do, Johnna will be the first person we call.

Johnna is the definition of personable and professional. When my husband and I met her for the first time, she made us feel as though we had known her for years. She is not afraid to do what is best for you to make your home buying experience easy, fun and memorable. She will do what it takes to meet the needs and requests that you have for your house. Johnnas response time is impeccable as well. She will call, email or text you back immediately to answer questions or inform you of changes. My husband and I could NOT have done the house buying process without her and we are blessed to have met her.
