I had no idea what I had to look forward to but with Johnnie's help and advice my uncertainty became into a possibility. It's not easy to move and start a new life in a new city. My agent, Johnnie Sosa, was extremely patient. My wife and I must have visited 70 some odd homes before finding the right one. Even when we found what might have been the right one, and backed out after the inspection, he just kept on going trying to get us the right one. One of the more impressive things about him: He was more interested in making sure we were happy than in "getting the sale". With some houses, he was quick to point out, "are you SURE you want this? You'll want to think about x, x, and y." Ooooo. Good point, never mind, moving on. This process lasted about 5 months. Like I said, ever the patient one. I would recommend him highly for his patience, honesty and integrity.
