Super unprofessional from the start. My family and I were looking to rent a home and we called him a few minutes before we arrived to confirm the appointment, and he told us to call him once we arrived. When we arrived, myself and my mom called him multiple times each. It wasn’t until 15 minutes after we arrived did he call us back, and inform us that he’s not actually showing us the house, he was just giving us the lock code to get the key and tour inside by ourselves. After we toured, I was on the phone with him once again. He was very rude and short with me, and when I tried to speak he would interrupt. When I couldn’t remember some information, he started yelling at me. He said he wouldn’t rent to my family and I, he said I was a joke, that I was insulting him and how everyone wants to insult him. He was very literally yelling at me— on top of that the house was absolutely disgusting. There was dog poop in the backyard, bugs in the house. If you think about renting with this man, I highly suggest not to.

Called me and was super unprofessional…. Immediately asked if there was a man he could speak to. When I told him that I am single he started questioning how I would pay the rent and if I could prove my income and what my credit score is- then he hung up on me. I make 7x the monthly rent and my credit score is over 800, he acted like I was trying to barter food stamps for rent.

Johnny was extremely polite and respectful of my time and would answer calls late into the night. He was always available if I had questions and there wasnt anything he couldnt answer. I am baffled by the other reviewers ratings as this is nothing of the experience I had with Johnny. He even bought me lunch one day when I didnt have time before heading back into my office. He was never tired of showing me homes until I was completely satified with my purchase. Way to go Johnny. Thank you!
