My wife and I will always be grateful to Jojo because he willingly and always with a smile arranged for anything and everything we required, including persons to help us pack, clean the property, provide maintenance on the property,perform a professional inspection of the property and write a report so complete that the Buyer elected to accept it and not incur the additional cost of obtaining an independent report.Since we had vacated the property and moved about an hour and a half away, Jojo regularly accomplished many tasks that are clearly above and beyond "the call of duty"...take out the trash cans, replace dead batteries, change out light bulbs, adjust the sprinkler system, turn the water heater on to "pilot" and open the property up to the many persons who were required to.
