Jolie Leydekkers

Jolie is great to work with - very professional and knowledgeable in real estate. She has extension experience and knows other service providers as needed for buyers and sellers to make the transaction smooth and as easy as possible for the buyers and sellers. I would highly recommend her and would definitely have her as my agent on all future real estate transactions.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Jolie. She is always available for questions and she knows real estate. She is savvy and professional. We listed our home in Monticello in La Quinta, CA with her. She is master in that development. Our home sold in 6 days on the MLS!!! The whole process was stress free. I will recommend her again and again

Jolie sold our home in La Quinta and helped us find another property in the valley. She has made a potentially stressful experience one of enjoyment and absolute satisfaction. She exhibits an extreme level of professionalism, competence, was at all times courteous and allowed us to have complete confidence in her and her process. That, we have found, is rare. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent

Jolie is THE BEST. Sold us our house when we moved to CA in 2007, then sold it for us in 2018. But she didn't just sell it for us, she literally SAVED US, as we had already moved to the other side of the country for work (Miami), and had a HUGE challenge with our renters (damage and trash, to the point of a pending lawsuit). Jolie patiently helped line up everything we needed step by step to get the house ready to sell; multiple contractors, cleaners, fixers, stagers, etc, and all easy to work with and at terrific prices. She took an incredibly stressful situation and was there every step of the way - we never in a million years could have dealt with this from 3000 miles away without her. And of course, we get the best possible price and were thrilled with how it came together. My wife and i have moved several times for work and have bought, sold and rented many houses in several cities along the way. There's no one better, knowledgeable or more helpful than Jolie and I cant recommend her enough!!
