Jolin Kish

I started Kish Consulting & Contracting in 1999 as a real estate investment firm. We have an investment arm, a construction company, and a property management and real estate brokerage firm, KCC Properties Realty, Inc. My rental and investment focus is on providing housing for Dartmouth students, faculty and staff. My engineering and design focus is on space planning for residential structures. I am an active alum of Dartmouth and received my bachelor and master degrees here. I later attended Stanford University where I got another masters in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Construction Engineering & Management and PhD minor in Business. I look at the purchase of real estate from an investment point of view and guide my clients to take into consideration their emotions, but to temper them with knowledge and understanding of the prospective future value of perhaps their single biggest investment, their home.
