As a military family, we were discouraged by our family and peers from purchasing a house in a different state without seeing the house first. However, we could not be happier with our new home, and Jon made that possible. He was our eyes and ears in Augusta. Not only did he respond quickly to our inquiries on houses that interested us in both Richmond and Columbia County, he also set up appointments where we could view the home virtually. He would walk us through the houses using FaceTime. Any questions he didn’t know about the houses of interest, he would research and respond back to us instantly. Most importantly, he even gave us knowledgeable information on the home buying process.
