Jon Henderson is a second generation real estate professional, beginning in 1994 after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance, from the University of Phoenix at Arizona. Following in the footsteps of his father, Jon began as a property developer and investor, ‘flipping' properties for profit throughout Los Angeles county. In 1997 Jon's passion for real estate inspired him to get his Real Estate Broker's license. Word of Jon's success as a Realtor and investor led his friends and family to seek his counsel and representation for their real estate needs.
Jon, always looking to improve his depth of knowledge in the real estate business, joined Coldwell Banker Playa Vista. He gained a wealth of knowledge during his time with Coldwell Banker which inspired him to open his own real estate firm, Henderson Fine Homes and Estates.
