Jon Higgins

Though John “officially” became a licensed Realtor in 1989, his unofficial real estate education began as a child at the knee of his father. As his family’s second generation to practice the fine art of real estate, John has inherited an intrinsic understanding of both a seller’s needs and a buyer’s needs. This business sense, coupled with his experience, make John a valuable addition to the marketing team at Coldwell Banker Commercial Honig-Bell. John has also been involved in governmental committees and served as chairman for the former Fox Valley Board of Realtors Legislative Committee. He also served as a liaison between the National Board of Realtors and former Congressman/Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert’s office.
