(You know the problems). So I decided to get my license and see if I could out work them. I got my Real Estate Sales license in September of 1999 and within my first 6 months at “WHY U.S.A.” in Lodi, CA. I became their number 1 agent. (17 Deals) I Started at Prudential California Realty in late 2000 and buy the end of my first full year I had sold over 40 properties. Allowing me to win an award called “The Leading Edge Society” ranking in the top 6% of Realtors with Prudential in North America. I went on to sell an average of 8-10 properties per month up through 2004.
