Jon's a local. “That house might look good on paper but it's a terrible neighborhood.” More than once he was first in spotting a major structural flaw, saving us from spending more time on that house. We fell in love with a house and asked Jon’s opinion. “That’s the first house where your faces lit up.” When the inspection found troubling issues, Jon guided us through the objection, and a response when the sellers stonewalled. Many house showings later we moved into a house that feels like home, all thanks to Jon’s patient, straight-talking, supportive help. Jon is fabulous.

Jon is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but having an expert like Jon is priceless. He was my guide through the largest transaction of my life and I couldn't be more grateful.
