Jon took the time to show me around a few towns in the area of Idaho where I was looking to move. I settled on Meridian and ended up buying a house. I looked at some houses several times and he gave me advice when I couldn't decide which house I wanted , I ended up with the right one and Im looking forward to my move from Arizona to Idaho. He also has helped after the closing and is taking care of a few things so I didn't have to travel back and forth to Idaho during the holidays.

John is a wealth of knowledge, very professional, and the type of guy you can just be yourself around. As I was in the process of purchasing my first home, I had a million questions which John's expertise and patience helped me from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me thru everything. Its easy to not just see John as another realtir, but as a colleague and freind. We started working with Jon over three years ago. Do to family issues we had to put off looking for a home. Jon kept in contact with us and when we were ready to buy he was still there. He took the time to run us around on a Holiday to look at homes. I will recommend Jon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We were house shopping from a distance and so each time we would make the trip to Boise for a day or two of "shopping" Jon would pick us up at our motel and dedicate his day to showing us the list of houses that we had identified. At one point, just after we had returned from Boise we saw a house of great interest on line. Jon volunteer to go to that house immediately and do a walk-thru video and send to us. Although that one did not work out we felt that Jon had definitely gone the extra mile for us to see the house. Not having bought a house for many years we were full of questions and concerns. Jon was so patient and helpful in leading us thru the process.

Jon was patient, listened, & helped us find our dream home! He was a great communicator & followed through on everything. He helped us navigate differences in ID real estate dealings vs WA & even gave suggestions in helping to close the sale of our WA home! We thoroughly enjoyed working with him!

John Bafundi is a fabulous agent. He recognized our needs and desires and knew exactly what we were looking for in our new home. He made a point of showing us only properties fitting our criteria and helped us to understand the paperwork involved.
