We came to Gulfport to explore relocating from out-of-state. We liked what we saw and decided to look at properties while we were here. Jonathan quickly got our vibe and focused on condos that would work for us and not just show us everything. We found exactly what we wanted the second day. We went back home, got our house ready to sell and put it on the market. Unfortunately, the unit we wanted sold the day before we were ready to make an offer. That realtor worked for a very big real estate firm and has been a respected realtor in the are for a very long time. After our house had been on the market for nine months with very few showings and not a single serious offer we knew we wanted to relist with someone else. What a difference, we had more showings on the house in the first two weeks than we did in the previous nine months. The man knows how to market. Within eight weeks we had a contract on our home.
