John Marshall came to us after a totally disheartening experience with another local realtor. He was organized in his approach, actively sought customers for our very unique property, and constantly stayed in touch about interested purchasers and items we needed to do to make our asking price a realistic possibility. When we finally got a firm offer due to his process expertise, he stayed with the cooperating realtor and relayed information to us on a daily basis.
