We were very fortunate to work with Jonathan with both the sale of our former house and the purchase of our current house. His professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge and guidance allowed us to move through these potentially difficult experiences in a seamless manner. He worked tirelessly with locating our new residence. We were very particular with what we were looking for and the location in which we were looking. The market was challenging with what was available, but he found it. We have now been in the house multiple months and couldn't be more happy with the house, the neighborhood, the location and overall our buying experience.

I selected Jonathan McClenny to assist me in selling my first house. Since I lacked experience in selling houses, it was critical that I have someone who is an expert in the field. Jonathan McClenny is our realtor. He has been our realtor for our past 3 homes in GA. Jonathan has sold all three of our homes within the first week. He is great at negotiating, honest, responsive. Words do not suffice for how fortunate we were having Jonathan in our corner for our first home purchase. From our first conversation, Jonathan helped us set expectations based on our budget, desired areas, and home features we were looking for. Jonathan spent a whole day out with us (in the pouring rain no less) looking at properties, and the very next day, went with us to see the home we ended up purchasing after asking that same morning. Once we were under contract, Jonathan kept us informed constantly on deadlines, alleviating any anxiety that we might fall behind or miss a step. All of his recommendations, from loan officer to inspector, worked out amazingly, which is a testament to his experience and discernment. Jonathan also negotiated the few issues of note identified in the inspection to be taken care of by the owner prior to closing. Thankfully, Jonathan also made the final walk-through for us when we were both tied up at work. Whether you're an apprehensive, first-time buyer or an experienced buyer with high expectations, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better realtor than Jonathan. He truly made me think: "So what's so bad complicated about buying a home?".

We worked with Jonathan on both buying and selling our homes. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable. He led us through each step, guiding and educating us on every aspect. This was our first time selling a home. He taught how to best prepare our home. He demonstrated his home improvement knowledge by showing us what needed repair; he even rolled up his sleeves, helping us out with preparations.When buying our new home, Jonathan worked diligently and quickly to ensure a smooth transaction. The experience could not have been easier due to Jonathan's knowledge on both the business side and the home construction / mechanical side.
