Jonathan Pearlstein

I am so thrilled to be able to write a review on behalf of Jonathan Pearlstein of Summit Real Estate. We have worked with Jonathan twice, and he has helped us get exactly what we wanted both times. The first time was 7 years ago, when we purchased our house in Fall City. Jonathan helped negotiate on our behalf and was always available to answer our questions and concerns regarding the process. Jonathan was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He cared about us and understood our needs. Fast forward to the present, when it came time for us to sell that house and move out of the area, we looked again to Jonathan. Not only did Jonathan educate us on exactly what we needed to do to prepare our house to sell it for the highest price, but he did much of the work for us! The fact that we had moved over an hour away and were trying to get settled in our new house, did not deter Jonathan from being an excellent partner. He did not want us to have to drive back and forth between houses, so Jonathan coordinated the painter, the landscaper, the stager, and a handyman to transform our house into one that would ultimately sell in 5 days, with a waived inspection. Jonathan purchased coordinating light bulbs and installed them, he purchased some paint and did touch ups where needed and he pressure washed our back patio! In addition to that, we had multiple packages delivered to our old address by mistake. Jonathan not only collected them but mailed them to our new address. Jonathan saved us time, driving back and forth, and so much stress, as we were trying to get settled into our new house. Even after we were under contract, Jonathan continued to work for us. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Jonathan always has the best interest of his clients at heart, has fabulous communication skills and is very quick to respond and put words into action. When the buyers came back the day before closing and wanted a random credit, Jonathan continued to communicate on our behalf and came up with a deal that we all agreed with. “Thank you” isn’t really enough to express our gratitude. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan for both your buying and selling needs. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
